What's New? FinCEN Releases New CTR FAQs

FinCEN has recently issued frequently asked questions (FAQs) to assist financial institutions in their use of the FinCEN CTR, which, as of April 1, 2013, is the only acceptable format for submitting currency transaction reports to FinCEN.
