What's New? New York City Human Rights Amendment

An amendment to the New York City Human Rights Law goes into effect on January 30th requiring employers with four (4) or more employees to provide “reasonable accommodations” for employees who are pregnant or have pregnancy or childbirth-related medical conditions.
