What's New? Reg. Z Notice of Rescission

The United States Supreme Court recently handed down a very important decision for lenders and borrowers regarding the timeliness of a borrower’s right to rescission under Regulation Z, Truth in Lending Act. The decision provides clarification of a provision regarding the timeliness of a borrower’s right to rescind a mortgage.
