What's New? The NY HERO Act

The New York State Department of Health has extended, until January 15, 2022, its designation of Covid-19 as a highly contagious communicable disease, thereby continuing the requirement that employers keep their health and safety plans activated pursuant to the NY Hero Act until at least that date.
