What's New? DFS Removes Mandatory Two-Week Absence Requirement

New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) has provided new guidance effective immediately to update and replace guidance issued by the New York State Banking Department in 1996 addressing Vacation Policy as an Internal Control Safeguard.
